Operate a Fork Lift
Training
This course is aimed at providing trainees with the knowledge and skills required in accordance with Australian Standard 2359.2(1985) and the National OH&S Competency Standards for Persons Performing High Risk Work as required by Worksafe Western Australia.
Assessment
Written and Practical assessment on completion of training. A National Licence will be issued by Worksafe WA to successful participants and Statement of Attainment will be issued by NWTIS.

Protective Clothing
Safety glasses, work boots and appropriate clothing is required for the duration of the course. Safety helmets can be provided.
Duration
2 x 8 hour days for up to 8 persons
Prerequisite
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Participants are required to provide proof of On The Job Training or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) prior to assessment. If you believe you have any special needs, (numeracy, literacy, reading, language, mental health & physical disabilities) alternate arrangements can be negotiated with NWTIS to accommodate. Please let us know either in advance or directly to the trainer so we can help assist you.
